First, the potential homeowner chooses a floor plan and selects from a wide variety of customizing options. Engineers review the plan to make sure everything is fine and the order is placed. The factory then begins building the home. When the home is approximately 80% completed, it is loaded onto a flatbed truck and delivered to the site. The home is lowered onto the foundation and fastened together.
The last details, such as trim, paint touch-ups, and plumbing connection, are done. The whole process takes roughly three months.
